AxiomCFO is led by Michael Harrison, a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of experience in public company reporting, technical accounting, and strategic financial leadership. The firm specializes in outsourced CFO services and financial reporting solutions for public and private companies—delivering audit-ready financials, SEC-compliant filings, and investor-grade reporting frameworks.

Prior to founding AxiomCFO, Michael held leadership roles including CFO, Director of Technical Accounting, Corporate Controller, and Chairman of the Audit Committee for several life sciences companies. He has led capital raises exceeding $90 million and M&A transactions totaling over $100 million, with experience spanning IPOs, SPACs, financial audits, and carve-outs.

Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade in audit and tax advisory, serving high-growth and middle-market companies across sectors such as biotech, manufacturing, technology, and marine services—including multiple IPO and go-public engagements.

Michael holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.A. in Taxation from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed CPA. His expertise includes GAAP and SEC compliance, internal controls, financial systems, budgeting, and operational finance. He also brings a unique perspective as a former part-owner of a pharmaceutical manufacturer, blending corporate discipline with entrepreneurial insight.
